REGISTRATION FOR 2023-2024 YOUTH SAILING PROGRAMS IS OPEN

Youth Sailing

Our Youth Sailing program offers a variety of programs for the young sailor - from novice to experienced.  Kids start out in our learn-to-sail rec program and then move to the Opti race team.  After a few years of Optis, the more experienced sailor moves to 420s and FJs on either of our race teams.

This course or prior racing experience with another club is required to join the race team. Acceptance to this program is based on coach approval of mastery of learn to sail topics at PBSC or elsewhere. Like learn to sail, there will also be 2 6 week long sessions in the fall and spring.
