The mission of Palm Beach Sailing 4 Kids, Inc. is to promote, educate, and expose the sport of sailing to disadvantaged children.
Sailing
The sport of sailing exposes today's youth to invaluable lifelong lessons of sportsmanship, attitude, critical thinking, problem solving, confidence and independence. It seeks to build character, foster teamwork and strengthen respect for self and others.
The Palm Beach Sailing Club Junior Program was established in 2005 as the only year-round youth sailing program in Palm Beach County drawing hundreds of kids from Tequesta to Boca Raton. Since its introduction many of our junior sailors have successfully competed and finished on the podium in major regional, national and international events.
Through your support the Palm Beach Sailing 4 Kids Inc. will:
- Expose local kids to an on the water environment and boating lifestyle
- Provide sailing scholarships to kids from all walks of life that otherwise would not have this opportunity.
- Make it possible to offer a top-of-the-line professional coaching staff and world class level clinics.
